Community Building Experiences in Kindergarten

Over the past few weeks, we have watched the children develop friendships and work together to solve problems and have fun!

Working together to build "a land".

"Take a picture from the top of our land!"

The boys worked cooperatively to put our new Pete the Cat floor puzzle together.

Some of the children created homemade instruments at the dramatic play centre.

They decided to form a band.

The band began to march around the classroom with their instruments.

The whole class thought it was a great idea and they all joined in.

Everyone was making music!

Our play dough group this week...

This is our play dough recipe and ingredients.  Thank you to the parents who have contributed ingredients to this weekly activity.

The girls have finished our "grape" batch for the week!  They had so much fun!

Heading outdoors once again to draw pictures of the nature we see.

Using the fall colours to match the leaves on the trees.
