Fruit seeds! Veggie seeds! Flower seeds too!

We continued to study seeds and plants this week and decided to try planting different types of seeds to see if they would grow.  The seeds we planted included:  apple, pear, orange, plum, peas, sunflowers,  wild flowers,  and beans.   We are curious to see if the beans will turn into beanstalks just like in the fairytale we read, Jack and the Beanstalk.

 

 

 

 

The children continue to examine the plants at the science table and observe how they are changing...

 

 

We have also been busy making many floral art pieces this week....
